May 28th, 2009: 

       Hi Matt, I want to thank you so much for my new me. You have put life back in my life:) I am in heaven. If not for you I would still be in the dumps. I have a great new outlook on life, & now I have a life. I have met a great guy. Between both of you my life is great & very happy. There was a big problem with money to get it done but now because you are so great and kind to help me I am on cloud nine. My whole life has turned around. I don't know how else to thank you, you are a great and wonderful person thank you, thank you so much. So many people can't believe that I have dentures. They say they look so good, can't even tell. They make me feel so good. Thank you so much! 

P.S. I have several people who would like your business card. They are amazed with your work. You have made my dad, my month, and most important my life and again thank you so much!

       Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did on my bridge. It is so Perfect!!! Everyone is amazed at the match of my original teeth. In fact, you said that the office would think you made a mistake when they first looked at the bridge and that actually happened. I had to laugh when they put it in my mouth-PERFECT!!! Thanks for all your hard work and expertise.

Please allow me this opportunity to thank you for all your help in giving me the opportunity to smile again. As you know we met a few months back in the office of Dr. Christian Berdy in hope that you could correct problems I encountered with work performed by another local cosmetic dentist. In talking to you in Dr. Berdy’s office, I realized at that time that I was not just talking to someone that would be working on my case but I was talking with someone that would become my friend and would handle my case accordingly. You and Dr. Berdy did a complete evaluation of my case and set up a follow-up appointment which gave me a detailed schedule of the treatment plan. This plan was followed as outlined and some days extra time was put in to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. On each visit you made sure I understood what was being done and what the next step would be. I appreciate so much the way you gave your explanation in terms that I could understand.

Today you completed treatment on the upper teeth and I am so satisfied with the results. I can’t believe how good my mouth feels and how pretty my smile looks. I thank you so much for going out of your way to get my problems resolved. I look forward to working with you on phase two of my restoration.
